Windows XP Security >> Newbie Please help I get this error all of a sudden any thoughts on how to fix this?

Description:
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation
permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

to the user TGKW001\IWAM_TGKW001 SID
(S-1-5-21-854245398-764733703-682003330-1013). This security permission can
be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
