analogic capture (VHS--scart--S-video---DVC 80---USB--PC)

I try to capture video to PC for burning to DVD

I have only scart conectors on dthe video so I buyed a ( scart to
S-video adapter

then I conected it to the DVC 80 and the DVC 80 is conected tp my PC
with a USB

(VHS--scart--S-video---DVC 80---USB--PC)

Problem: I cannot Capture something :(

and it must work this way they said

what must I do ??

I get gracy from trying

maybe its better to BUY a DVD--Recorder

capture device in MM2?

Did the installation of the DVC 80 driver go OK?
