customize >> Date Incompatability I am running Windows XP on my PC. I access an online
survey software application through a Citrix ICA client
server. I cannot change the date function in the
software, although other users running Windows 2000 can
change the date in the same survey software. I have
updated my options through the control panel to the
protocol used by the survey software but to no avail.
Can anyone suggest a way of making the date in windows
compatible with the software?

Windows XP1130

customize >> Date Incompatability Do they say what the specific issue with the date is? Wrong format? =
Date is incorrect?

If its the wrong format, go to Control Panel, Regional and Language =
Options. You can adjust the date and time formats there.

customize >> Date Incompatability I did that. I thought there might be some other place
where date format is set. It seems to be an XP issue, as
it is OK in windows 2000
