Windows XP Security >> admin rights i am running xp sp 2 idont know how to edit admin rights to turn on programs
that used to work but don't now
eg;run and search

Windows XP Security >> admin rights If you are running XP Pro logon as an administrator and open local Group
Policy via gpedit.msc and go to user configuration/administrative
templates/start menu and taskbar and disable any setting that looks like a
restriction that may be affecting your computer but first check your
settings in Control Panel/taskbar and start menu - start menu and look at
the customize/advanced for start menu items assuming you are NOT using
classic start menu and make sure the items you want to appear are
