Windows XP >> Open window in details mode Is there some way that every time file/folder window opens it opens in the
"detail" mode?

I'm not referring to windows in Windows Explorer, but those such as when you
save a file from within an application, any application. The default is
"list" and I prefer "detail".

Thanks....

Windows XP1071

That works for "Windows Explorer" windows. Not, for example, the windows
that open when you do a "Save As" from within an application.
