Windows XP Support >> open up a laptop Anybody can tell me how to get at the insides of my laptop; I suspect a
loose connection at the PS2 connector.
It's a Dell 7000. Thanx.

Use the service tag number to try to find service manuals at Dell's site.
These may detail case disassembly.

You're welcome, but I do have to say that it's also a good way to break a
laptop. Use caution and refer to equipped service persons if at all
doubtful.
