Windows XP >> "win.ini", [Internal] Section: What kind of entries? OS is WinXP Pro SP2

Last 4 lines of "C:\WINDOWS\win.ini" reads:
[Internal]
Install=1145744660
Install2=1145744660
Device2=us/Hx73Jysi7xsi5y8a9zr2+xss=

I've searched for both "1145744660" and "Hx73Jysi7xsi5y8a9zr2" in
both Registry (using regedit) and on C-drive (i.e. using ex. "DIR
C:\*1145744660* /a /b /s").
- These searches found nothing.

Could these "Internal" values be meaningful references into internal
Windows components or programs, or 3.rd party programs, or external
not-connected devices (ex. USB HD) ?
Is the "Internal" section of win.ini really an official Microsoft
standard or convention?

FYI: I recently cleaned out a suite of Virus, SpyWare, HiJack, - but it
doesn't seem reasonable to assume that any (of those I cleaned out)
was targeting a device.
And Yes - I'm pretty sure that no weird unexpected processes are
currently running.

Windows XP >> "win.ini", [Internal] Section: What kind of entries? BitDefender !?!
Oooh Yeah, that fits the timeline beautifully. (BitDefender was the
first gun I drew against the malware I was attacked by)
Thanks Wes, - Great! :-)
