Windows XP Setup >> Missing option dialogue box when putting in CD When I used to put a CD in my CD drive, or a USB memory stick in the USB
port, I used to get a box pop up giving me a choice of what to do with the
CD, i.e. which programme, or open a folder to view files etc. This has
stopped for some reason, can anyone tell me how to get it back?

Windows XP Setup >> Missing option dialogue box when putting in CD At some point you've probably checked the box that says "always perform this
action" when the prompt comes up. For the CD drive: open My Computer and
*right* click on the drive icon. Go to the AutoPlay tab and select the
"Prompt me" radio button. The same is true of the USB drive but you'll have
to insert the drive first.
