Windows XP Setup >> Transfer Windows XP to New Harddrive I purchased a new harddrive and used Norton Ghost to clone
my XP system to the new disk. When I try to boot the new
disk XP starts to load, but stops at a blue screen with
the XP logo and stays there. The mouse works but the
desktop never loads. Any ideas?? I have tried three times
to transfer the system with the same results.

Windows XP1157

Gerry,

have you removed the old drive and properly changed the
master-slave jumpers?
