Windows XP Perform Maintain >> can't load windows hi, this is a new computer, got it last week. Its a
windows xp professional. WHen i turn on my computer, its
fine, but after the point where it shows the windows xp
logo and shows that its loading, the monitor either stays
blank or it tells me that its not getting a signal.
SOmetimes it does work but the color resolution and size
is extremely terrible. I need help, its impossible i broke
it already since its new

Sounds more like a video problem.
Check and reseat the video cable.
Power off open case and reseat the video card.
Contact the manufacturer since it is most likely still in warranty.
