Windows XP Support >> Freaquent Crashes Everytime I play a game or surf the internet, my computer crashes. When I
turn the computer on, I always get this message that it has recovered from a
serious error and theres some hardware failure. How do I fix this?

Thanks

First I will check the Device manager for any hardware Failure showing up
there, to access the Device Manager do the following:
Right click My Computer and select Properties, on the System properties
click on Hardware Tab then click Device manager, on Device Manager click on
all the Pluses (+) to expand them and see the sub-hardware entries, if there
is any Exclamation mark or Red X it means some hardware failed and you need
to remove and Reinstall again.
Also I will check the Hard Drive for consistency by running the Hard drive
manufacturer Diagnostic Tools on the HDD by downloading it from the HDD
manufacturer website, but you need to know the HDD serial number by looking
in the computer documentation or from the Device manager.
Since you play a lot of games you may overheated the system and the error
message may be confusing so monitor if your Computer got overheated or not to
decide if it true Hardware failure.
HTH.
