Windows XP Network >> Winlogin.exe not found When the computer boots up a message appears that the
Winlogin.exe is not found in C:\Windows\system32. How do
I correct this?

Are you sure the file name is "winlogin.exe"?
Or is it "winlogon.exe"?
"winlogin.exe" does not appear to be a valid Windows file.
"winlogon.exe" is a valid Windows file.
Do you have XP Home or Professional?
Did XP come pre-installed on this computer
or was it an upgrade from a previous version of Windows
or did you do your own clean install of XP?
I am asking this to see what kind of XP CD you have in
order to see if we can expand "winlogon.ex_" from the
i386 folder on the XP CD.

Run a complete virus scan using an up-to-date antivirus program.
