Capture Stops from No More Disk Space even when there should be en

I've been capturing Video from my ZR65 for a while, but this problem only
started lately.
My capture stops when the file is around 78 mb, saying that there is no more
disk space, even though the disk I'm saving it to has a few gigs left. What's
wrong and what can I do?
