Windows XP >> Remote Assistant will not connect to E-mail client A little addition info.

The steps follwed are;

Invite some one to help you.>

Pick how you want to contact your assistant.

Use Winows Messenger....

Or use e-mail.>

Fill in the e-mail address, and click on "invite this person">

Provide contact information.

Fill in info and click continue.>

Remote assistance -e-mail an invitation.

Fill in the information and click send Invitation.>

Error message " A program could not start. please try again."

The MSN messenger option seems to work OK, by the way. Just the e-mail will
not open.

Any ideas? I just do not know where to look for a fix on this.

Windows XP >> Remote Assistant will not connect to E-mail client Ramesh,

Thanks for the tip, but it did not help me. I checked and outlook was
already indicated as my e-mail client. I still get the same error msg.

Any other ideas?

Windows XP >> Remote Assistant will not connect to E-mail client Chuck,

See:
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.windowsxp.configuration_manage/msg/3abc88b06f7ee2da

If that does not help, you may save the invitation as a file, and manually
attach in your mail.
