Portal not appearing Right

Hi all,

I am facing a problem in which the MOSS 2007 portal is not appearing the way it should be. Whenever I try to access it, it seems as if the style sheets are not being applied and the links are not working. I get 2 errors: one of which is a wpsc undefined error. I am using IE 6 with W2000. Other users with similar environment are accessing the portal normally and everything is appear fine. Any idea what I need to do to fix this problem Thank you in advance

I am having the same issue. Did you find a solution for this For some users everything works fine, for others, the portal is visualized messed up. I found out why this difference is: if somebody deletes its cookies and browser history, it starts to get messed up.

We experienced the problem after detaching and re-attaching a content database. Or after publishing our portal through an ISA server. Both things happened between the time everything worked fine and when stuff got messed up. You got the problems too after one of both changes
