Windows XP Support >> Xp user printing fault Hi that's what happens:
After installed SP2 in Xp Home in a single Workstation
all users can't print using spool.

New jobs compare in the print queue few seconds then disapperar without
effect. Printing is available only sending job directly to printer
(unfortunately too slow)

*I' can't believe users can't print as usual*
I managed with permissions in spool folder and in regestry without any luck.
Please help in finding solution and understanding how spool works

This is a known problem Cari wrote many post saying it comes with norton but
i disinstalled withou resoults :

Windows XP Support >> Xp user printing fault Check your registry. Symantec (Norton) doesn't clean itself up very well at
all.

Thank for your answer but i would know how to look....

In the mean time i don't believe that is Norton or that a key will block
access to spool
and after i tried with no solution i reinstalled it
I feel that there has to be a way to print to spool and have Norton
installed in Xp as well
Can you or anyone help me how to ?
