Windows XP Network >> Non-changeable passwords In Windows 2000, I could set passwords to never expire and the user could
not change the password. Can I do that in Windows XP?

Go to start | run | type "lusrmgr.msc" in the box.
Open the Users folder.
R-click the user, select 'Properties'.
