Windows XP Security >> user remove from internet connection You can use 3rd party software, such as Net Nanny or Cyber Patrol. =20

One work around, is to log on to the user account you wish to restrict, =
go to Control Panel, Internet Options, Connections, LAN Settings. In =
the Proxy Server section, check the box for Use a proxy server and enter =
127.0.0.1 for the address. This won't stop all internet access, but it =
will stop IE and other applications that respect the Windows XP proxy =
settings from accessing the internet.
