Task Manager missing menu and tabs

Windows XP >> Task Manager missing menu and tabs When I Ctl+Alt+Del and select the Task Manager, I get the task manager
without menu and tabs. All I get is the window with running task and status;
and End Task, Switch To and New Task buttons.

How can this be corrected?

Just doubleclick the edge.
