Microsoft Project >> Overallocation issue Hi All,
I have also another overallocation problem and I got crazy with it last

2 months. It became quite critical for me and still can't solve it.
I've simplified it (8 basic tasks over 8 phase), 4 resources, single
resource assignments, work entered. Read all articles, watched training

movies, searched online helps and digged news groups.

I desperately need a help for that. I will be happy if you can help me

or forward me to somewhere.

Best Regards

Microsoft Project >> Overallocation issue Hi,
You can find file at : www.siskon-tr.com/project.zip

1=2E There is no deadline for the tasks
2=2E All tasks are ASAP
3=2E I've tried all but currently they are at Fixed Units.

I am expecting it to extend the project end time to solve
overallocations. But even I use resource leveling, it gives always
error message instead of extending it.

This looks weird to me.

I have to submit my project plan and I'll be happy if you can help me.

Microsoft Project >> Overallocation issue Hi Anvi,

Well, the project I opened had several tasks constrained that were not As
Soon As Possible. As soon as I changed them all to that constraint, the
project levelled with no overallocations with the selection Hour by Hour and
Priority,Standard settings.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
